STÉPHANE BEAUDOIN

Stéphane Beaudoin is a graduate of McGill University in General Agriculture program and is also an agrologist, Member of l’Ordre des Agronomes du Québec. Over the last 20 years, Stéphane has evolved mainly in the fields of agronomy, animal production, animal health, corporate affairs and animal welfare.

Stephane has always had a strong interest and a great enthusiasm for animal welfare. His meeting with Dr. Temple Grandin in 2007 was for him his Epiphany, his moment of enlightenment where he realized how he could amalgamate this passion for animal welfare, science, agri-food and education.

Since then, he has forged his career to fill in some ways his dream to found his own company in animal welfare, which he did in 2013 under the name of GestBEAu (zhest-bō )

ÉlOÏSE DENIS

Éloïse Denis is a graduate from Laval University in the agronomy/animal production program.  She has been a member of l’Ordre des agronomes du Québec since 2017.

Eager to deepen her knowledge of the animal world, Éloïse completed a master’s degree in veterinary science at Université de Montréal. Her three-year animal welfare research project allowed her to develop her skills in communication, critical analysis, and extension.

Equipped with her skills and passion, Éloïse joined Gestbeau in 2020. As a consultant, she is called upon to accompany Gestbeau’s clients, whatever their needs, always pushing forward Gestbeau’s views in improving animal welfare in the Industry. Training content development, audits, support for industrial research and business start up support are part of her current mandates.

Of the same fact, it benefits the animals, our clients gain more value from the animals under their care and consummers benefit form a better product with a better sustainability footprint.  Our mindset is about finding possibilities, solutions and risk mitigation.

The foundations of our experience are animal production, animal health, food safety, communication, people and project management.
